1. Agreement to Terms

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, jljph, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

8. Account Closure and Suspension

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and jljph regarding the use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms or your rights and obligations hereunder without our prior written consent. jljph may assign these Terms or any rights hereunder without restriction. These Terms inure to the benefit of and are binding upon the parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
